Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 3 cups (600 g) cooked white rice
Cooking Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the shrimp over cooked white rice.
