Crispy, golden potato wedges that are oven-baked to perfection
I remember when I was a kid, my mom used to make these potato wedges for me as a side dish. She would always make sure they were golden and crispy and would sprinkle them with salt and parsley. I'd eat them up in no time and they were always a hit. Now I make them for my own family and they love them just as much as I did when I was a kid.

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes (700g), cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (5ml)
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder (5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika (2.5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (2.5ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper (1.25ml)
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley (30ml)
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220?C (428?F).
- In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through.
- Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
