- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (convert to 60g)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk (convert to 120ml)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (convert to 120ml)
- Tartar sauce, for serving (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder.
- Pour the milk into a separate shallow bowl.
- Dip each fish fillet in the milk, then dredge in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
