A classic dish that is sure to please, this fried chicken is crispy and juicy on the inside
Fried chicken has been a classic dish for many generations, and I remember my grandmother making it for us as children. She would always make it with love, and it was always a hit. I can still remember the smell of the chicken frying in the pan, and the sound of the oil sizzling. I would always be so excited when I heard her say it was ready, and I would always be the first to try it. Now, I make it for my own family, and they love it just as much as I do.

- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips and buttermilk. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

- Remove the chicken strips from the buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture. Shake off any excess flour.

- Remove the chicken strips from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve the fried chicken strips hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
