Crispy and delicious potato wedges that are baked in the oven for a healthier alternative to fried wedges.
I first had potato wedges when I was a child, my mom would make them for us as a special treat. It was always a special moment when she would pull them out of the oven, they were always so golden and crispy. I still make them for my family today, and they always bring back fond memories.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes (900g), cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) olive oil
- 2 teaspoons (10ml) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) black pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200?C (400?F).
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes and olive oil. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
