Crispy Baked Fish Sticks
Published: Saturday, December 31, 2022
A healthier take on a classic dish, these fish sticks are baked instead of fried and are sure to be a hit with the whole family
I first tried these fish sticks at a restaurant in my hometown. It was a rainy night and I was looking for something comforting and delicious. The fish sticks were served with a side of tartar sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. The fish sticks were golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I was so impressed with the flavor and texture that I knew I had to recreate this dish at home. Now, I make these fish sticks for my family on a regular basis and they are always a hit!
